Courting Red holds no responsibility of the actions of the individuals you meet at a Courting Red social event – including any and all subsequently planned or unplanned meetings thereafter. You agree not to initiate any claim against Courting Red resulting from either social or dating activities and agree to hold Courting Red free from any liability.

Courting Red reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who has conducted themselves in an improper manner or who we have received complaints about during an event.

Individuals attending a Courting Red social event are responsible for their own property(s) and belonging(s) and Courting Red is under no obligation to replace or compensate for lost property(s) or damage to.

Courting Red will not be held responsible if individuals incur or experience an accident, injury or health related issue(s) during or after an event held by Courting Red.

Courting Red arranges the event to ensure all guest have a relaxing and enjoyable experience - in the event that you may be uphappy with your experience, Courting Red does not offer a refund.

Courting Red reserves the right to alter any aspect of its services, including but not limited to pricing, at any time without notice.

Photographs at events

Courting Red will take photographs for publicity purposes. These images may appear on our electronic-newsletters or website. By registering to become a member, you agree to provide permission to Courting Red to use your image(s) taken at events in publicity material (newsletter, web page, powerpoints, etc).
Names will not be used with the photographs. Individuals who would like to withdraw their permission for photograph use can email us at info@courtingred.com.
