Payment (party events)

Payment for a Courting Red social event may be made by electronic fund transfer or PayPal. After payment has been received, we will confirm your payment and reservation in writing through email. We will contact you after you have registered and submitted your RSVP with details on how to pay.

Payment (dating events)

Your place cannot be reserved or confirmed until payment has been received. Courting Red will tentatively hold your place for 72 hours from the time of your RSVP for an event. You are required to make payment within that time to secure your place. If 72 hours has lapsed and payment has not been received, we reserve the right to offer your place to another individual (without notification to you).

Canellation and Refund policy

If you are unable to attend an event which you have confirmed and paid for, you must notify us in writing within five days of the scheduled event to receive a refund of the total money less $5 administration fee. Cancellations made to us in writing in under five days before an event will not receive a refund.

If you are unable to attend a Courting Red event and would like to arrange for a friend to attend in your place you must notify Courting Red no less than 48 hours before the scheduled event or your place will be considered cancelled. If Courting Red disagrees to the replacement because they do not meet the requirements as a suitable candidate for the scheduled event, your place will be considered cancelled. The arrangement and any exchange of payment will be negotiated between you and your designated replacement.

Courting Red reserves the right to be the final arbiter in any dispute as to whether confirmation/payment of attendance has been sent/made or not.

Late arrivals (dating events)

Courting Red asks that individuals who anticipate they will run late for an event contact us beforehand.
In the event of a situation where an individual does not arrive within twenty minutes of the stated starting time AND fails to contact us, we reserve the right to offer their placement to another individual. Once your place has been offered to another individual, your place is considered cancelled.

Event cancellation

Should an event need to be cancelled for unforeseen reasons, Courting Red will take measures to reschedule the event. The attendance fee for the cancelled event is credited to your membership account and can be used for other upcoming events. Individuals may request a refund of the money less an administration fee of $5.
